General: Is there a native mobile app?

No. AI Workforce OS is a responsive web app with an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) mode. See Mobile App.

General: What is the current version?

v1.0.0. See Release Notes for details and any pending items called out at that version.

HR: Where do I configure public holidays?

In Leave → Holidays, not in Administration.

HR: Can I run payroll from the web app?

Not fully in this release — the HR Admin Payroll screen is read-only. See Payroll for the current state and workaround.

HR: Does the system calculate statutory tax deductions?

No. No tax/PF/ESI calculation plugin ships in this release. See Payroll.

Employees: How do I clock in?

Open Attendance in the ESS portal and select Clock In. See Attendance.

Employees: Can I clock in with GPS from my phone?

No, GPS-based clock-in is not implemented in this release. See Attendance.

Employees: Where do I see my payslip?

ESS → Payroll. It is view-only for employees.

Managers: Where do I approve leave and attendance requests?

In the Manager Self-Service (MSS) portal, under Leave and Attendance respectively, or the general Approvals inbox. See Manager Self-Service.

IT: What databases and infrastructure are required?

PostgreSQL 15+ and Redis 7+, deployed via Docker Compose by default. See Installation.

IT: Is Kubernetes supported out of the box?

No official manifests ship with the product. See Deployment.

IT: Do third-party integrations (Google, Microsoft, Slack) sync data automatically?

Connecting works; scheduled data sync does not exist yet for these providers in this release. See Integrations.

Billing: Which payment providers are supported?

Stripe and Razorpay. See Billing.

AI: Which AI providers are supported?

OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, each configured with your own credentials. See AI Platform.

AI: Do AI agents act without human oversight?
